Now you can make use of the Subscription Customer Portal to edit your current and future orders.

Below you’ll find a step by step guide on how to make the most of your subscription.

Customer Portal

The PayWhirl customer portal allows you to manage all aspects of your recurring payments directly from your store account.

To Access your Subscription Customer Portal.

Step 1: Login into your account here.

Note: If you haven't set up an account while placing your order, just make sure to create an account here using the same email address used to place your Subscription Order.

Step 2: Access the Subscription Customer Portal

Step 3: In the Customer Portal you will be able to see your subscription details such as number, product, date of your next order and status. To edit it just click on the subscription number.

Step 4: Editing your subscription details

You can Pause, Cancel or Skip your next Order.

You can also update your Credit Card details or your Shipping Address

On the page below you will see the details of all subscription orders shipped to you.


To Edit more details of your order such as the Subscription Plan (dog food type), quantity or frequency simply click on 'edit' and you will come up to this page:


By following this guide, you will be able to have more control over your Subscription Plan with us and your furry friend won't run out of food.
