Foran Equine Cal-Gro is a pelleted supplement scientifically formulated to 10 key ingredients necessary to support cartilage & skeletal development of foals in-utero and throughout growth.

When to use:

  • All broodmares to support optimal foetal development
  • Mares that struggle to do their foals well
  • Maiden or older mares
  • For lactating mares to enhance the nutritional content of milk
  • Foals that may be genetically predisposed to OCDs or physitis
  • Top-heavy foals needing extra nutritional support

Feeding Guide

Mix daily with feed.

Life stage Daily amount
Mares or horses >300kg 150g daily (2 scoops) suitable to be fed throughout pregnancy & lactation
Foals, weanlings & yearlings <300kg 75g daily (1 scoop) suitable to be fed from two weeks of age

One scoop holds approx. 75g.

This is a complementary mineral feed for equines. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Replace the lid immediately after use. Once opened use within 60 days. Safe for use in competition horses.
