PProduct fine but customer service unresponsive

I received a free bag of cat food as a promotion through my pet insurance which was great. My cat has no issues with the food.

However the customer service I received would put me off buying from the company. When selecting the shipping my phone removed the address I inputted and autofilled with a previous address I lived at. I noticed immediately after the payment was processed and was not able to amend my order. I emailed the contact email straight away and explained the situation. I received no response and sent a further 3 emails all of which were not responded to. I eventually had to contact An Post and change the address that way.

I feel if the service was better I would definitely have been a repeat customer but unfortunately the experience would deter me from buying from them in the future.

Compromise with the quality

I received this product as part of promotion included in a Pet Insurance. I noted that this product have a very high compromise with the quality and manufacture dedication. When I tried it my kitten love it and I needed to go to at the pet shop to buy another one. I think that when a product is manufacture with this level of compromise and dedication the quality of the product is fell by the consumers since the first time.
